All product returns require prior approval by Beauty 2U Aesthetics LLC and must be within the expiration date. Please call 210-609-4177 for prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be returned and product credit will not be issued. Beauty 2U Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for lost returns or delivery’s. You may request signature authorization upon delivery.
Unused, unopened, or unmarked product may be returned within 07 days of the purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be shipped by Buyer to Seller, and must include a Return Good Authorization(RGA) Number. Only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Patient returns due to dissatisfaction may be returned for a replacement within 10 days of the purchase date with Beauty 2U Aesthetics LLC Patient returns must be shipped by the Buyerbefore the product will be considered for product replacement and must include an RGA Number. Beauty 2U Aesthetics LLC will honor this policy unless the products are not dispensed properly.
Lunch & Learn events, parties/conference purchases, products received at training, or giveaway products are final. Seller cannot take returns or exchanges at events, private parties or conferences . Product missing or damaged from Events or party orders must be reported to Seller within 3 days of the date of purchase or training.
All purchases of trial-size products and monthly promotional products are final.
Leaking or defective products will be replaced at no charge. Seller will provide a prepaid UPS return label with your product replacement. Leaking or defective product must be returned or Buyer will be charged for replacement product. Seller strictly monitors returns associated with Internet sales and we reserve the right to deny the return of Internet purchases.

Please ensure that you review our cancellation policy before scheduling any appointments. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We encourage our patients to schedule their appointments promptly to take full advantage of their gift cards and specials before the expiration date. Please be aware that once the 90-day period has passed, any remaining balance or services will be forfeited, and we will not be able to issue any refunds or extensions. Beauty 2U Aesthetics may suspend, cancel, change or cancel this program at any time without notice. Beauty 2U Aesthetics reserve the right to terminate or suspend any patients participation in memberships or services for fraud, abuse, harassment, or any inappropriate or suspicious activity.
Lunch & Learn events, parties/conference purchases, treatment received at training, or giveaway services are final. Seller cannot take returns or exchanges at events private parties, Conferences or in office for any giveaway or raffle items.
We value our members and strive to provide the best experience possible. However, please be aware that all membership promotions are final and cannot be refunded or combined with any other discounts. If you choose to cancel your membership before the completion of six months, you will be responsible for paying the full price for any services received during that time, as well as any applicable cancellation fees. Prepaid yearly memberships are final sale and must be used 30 days after purchase date. Any monthly memberships will be renewed after the six month period and must give a 30-day cancellation notice.
All referrals are appreciated. Your referrals must provide your name and contact phone number to receive credit for your referral.
Referrals are given a $25 credit toward services only. Please make sure to inform your referrals about these guidelines to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved. Additionally, referrals can only be redeemed for services rendered at our facility, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and or skincare products. Credit must be used by each colander year or you will forfeit all credit balances.
